Pretty sick of watching these videos that are all shot in C-log without being color graded…

Great information, although I would like to view the entire court and both players. Need to zoom out.

Tyler, I really observed u are so fast on your feet placement , to give yourself room to hit the ball, I will try to work on my footwork’s and watch the videos u did earlier on the ladder drills, thanks again for sharing

Tyler great video, first one to explain the differences, i always wondering, and yeah, anticipation it would be another one to add to the list. I like to see a video in how to try to anticipate or positions at the net when you defense and when you attack. Again thanks for sharing.

Tyler (#3 speeding up) coming from a tennis background, wrist movement forward through the shot is discouraged. Windshield wiper movement in an effort to enhance topspin is okay. I’ve recently played some top players that can really generate pace on their shots and they are using wrist action in a forward motion on groundstrokes and sorta flick their wrists on topspin volleys. Do you do this? Any thoughts? I hope this makes sense 😊

Tyler, you are the coolest instructor ever. Thank you for the insight and good luck this season.

Really? The #6-11 players in the world don’t practice these basic principles?

    Bad video quality 😞

Hey Tyler, love your content! Your channel is one of the best I’ve found to help improve my game. You might want to use a camera with a wider lens to show a side view of the whole court so we can see the type of shot coming in and where you put it. Or even better, bring in a professional cameraman to show you the best angles to use with that space. Thanks for sharing your knowledge, every video helps me improve!

Do the top players practice more? How do they practice?

  14. Thejoeb on August 12, 2021 at 10:46 pm

I would add anticipation to the list. You top players really seem to have just seen so many ball shapes and know exactly how to position to minimize stress on your shots because you anticipate the angles and shots coming at you so well.
Great stuff Tyler (and G) thanks for the high level brain food.
