Hi Zach! This is such an amazing video, such and interesting content! I have never thought that talking about shoes and all related can be so entertaining, interesting and helpful. Your knowledge is so helpful and unless many other doctors you can deliver it in such an easy and exiting way. I learned a lot. Thanks man! Hope you keep going.
Here is Europe, especially in Spain, Italy and Scandinavia padel is extremely popular. As well as badminton all around EU. It would be interesting to listen about padel and badminton shoes, and their differences. Or maybe it’s just better to use proper tennis shoe for all these sports as well. Squash also got Olympic status and may get some extra attention soon. It’s also interesting to know how we get particular injures and how shoes affect this (prevent or provoke). Technologies are always fun to learn about. Hope it helps. Have great time!

Need some replacements for my diadora blushield fly2’s, they use ortholite insoles, many of the aftermarket ones are too thick ! any suggestions ? The diadora’s are still going strong, durable and still in tact, but the insoles need to be refreshed

Hi Zach. Cool as always. Thanks. Slightly related…but what do you recommend on sizing and measuring your feet for tennis shoes? I’ve been advised to add 1.5cm to overall heel to big toe, for expansion. This equates to a half size increase in shoe size for me. Do you agree with this?

Amazing content Zach, l have a very slim lightweight frame 130 pounds and narrow feet. I want to slide on hard courts and l like light weight shoes. Which ones do you recommend? I don’t care about durability, l can change every 2 months. I want to feel the ground with my toes, drag toes and slide laterally

Sir, I have very high arches and my feet hurt very much after tennis. May I have your recommendation for an orthotics insert, please?

Zach, I currently have the legacy R-GEAR CUSTOM INSOLE https://www.roadrunnersports.com/rrs/products/34259/insole/ from RoadRunner Sport, but it’s time to retire them. Would you suggest a new pair of the R-GEAR CUSTOM INSOLE (Performance) or would the PowerStep Pinnacles be sufficient. I am currently in the Nike Vapor Pro. Separately, a couple of content ideas: https://vktrygear.com/ carbon fiber insoles (I tried and did not like) and RoadRunner Sports saves foot scans to the cloud, which is a cool concept.

I have a wide foot and I am wearing the Nike GP turbo and the Adidas Solecourt Boost, but the achilles on my left heel cause pain, what can I do? It hurts when I play.

I do fencing and appreciate your videos. Whilst many fencers swear by tennis shoes, I find them too supportive and bulky for the movements required. Thumbs up

Hi Dr. Zach, love your videos. I wrote a long message and posted it two times yesterday but for some reason it won’t post. In short, have you reviewed VKTRY Gold VS insoles? Full carbon fiber plate. Not writing more in case this doesn’t post and it’s another futile attempt. TIA!!

Hey man. What do you recommend for a flat foot? I just ordered a pair of SoleCourt boost, Should I use an orthotic?
    Can you recommend some exercises?
