Do you struggle with your touch? If you do or if you’d simply like your ball/paddle control to be better, then this is the drill for you.

Many players want to learn how they can hit the ball harder but it’s as important, and quite possibly more important, to know how to slow it down effectively.

Especially in a game like pickleball where the 3rd shot drop and dinking are such a big part of the game.

In this video, we’ll go through a 4 part progression that will teach how to take pace off the ball and really be able to control it well. Check it out…

Hey sorry I meant to post this on your other video. The two touch drill is obviously very important as well. We use similar control in competitive Badminton among others and it translates well here.

Hey JB as usual great, invaluable insight into sound PB strategies and impeccable controlled play. The footwork here as in any racket/paddle sport is vital, in order to put oneself in the best/optimum strike zone for effective execution of every shot. The no-man’s/woman’s land is a good drill since the majority of shots tend to land there yet many people downplay its importance. Cheers!
