    The net defense can still be improve and make the return more faster and more solid. I apply the fundamental badminton called defend & push. You turn the defense into an offense at one stroke…not to settle with blocking to stop. It has something to do with specific way of holding grip..flexion of the forearm plus chest muscle at the point of impact…and push. I kept it secret from my opponents, until they notices it, and personally inquire how it is done. No fly ball passes me by.
