The New Onix Pure 2 ball has been the most talked about ball in pickleball history, and the high anticipation matches the ball’s performance. With both outdoor and indoor specific versions, this new Onix pickleball has all of the player favorite features of the original Pure pickleball and takes its place on the USAPA approved list, meeting all current requirements. With a consistent, soft feel and two-piece construction, the Pure 2 is made of resilient, elastic material which allows the ball to maintain its shape shot after shot and play quieter than a standard pickleball. Plus, the small holes make it fly straighter in windy conditions.

The Pure 2 has a seam.

I think the durability and consistent bounce will be nice improvements. I believe the ball pictures you are using in your video, though, are of the Pure 1, which had just the word "Onix". The Pure 2’s have Onix PLUS the Onix Logo. Why they couldn’t just put a "2" on them, who knows why.

Thanks for this guys! I sell Onix in Canada and this review will help players to decide if it will be a good decision to buy. Right now, we cannot keep them in stock! Have a great day EH!

Turns out the pure 1 and the pure 2 are identical balls, we had them tested and there is no variance, why would they put out 2 balls that are the same??

Someone at our courts said the Pure 2 should be conditioned first. I’ve been trying to locate the instructions for that without luck.

Just played with this ball today. Absolutely zero difference between the fuse and the pure 2. Scam

I also was unable to find out any information on your highest level rating of 5.0 can you give us some tournament that the 2 of you have won or competed in. Just curious

5.0 and never heard of either player, how long have you both been playing and how many of the older balls are you comparing this one to. Everyone and his brother is a 5.0 all of a sudden.
