Thank you for the stay at home exercises and drills. I got inspired and built a practice wall in my garage. Lots of fun and way to get some exercise.

Loved the drills Simone……plus being social distancing at home in Ottawa Canada in the snow, the background view is superb ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒฟ

God bless you Simone. Just awesome material. I enjoy and learn so much. The recreation centers here in Cincinnati are all closed so my wife and I (both 70) have been hitting the outdoor courts by ourselves (staying at least 14 feet apart!) and doing drills so this is just really great fodder for our workouts. Love it! More! One of us has trouble getting our baseline drives deep. Any tips on that?

Super job. As a veteran athlete I can say it was well done and well worth it. For future videos perhaps you could do some technique drills (without a ball) for the various strokes we use in playing.

I just found these videos and Iโ€™m stoked! I just got back into pickleball but I keep injuring myself…I have neuropathy in my feet so wearing tight shoes make my feet go numb. Any suggestions for the right shows for me? Last week I rolled my ankle in shoes and now i play so much better barefoot…but now my knees hurt๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

I’m walking back and forth until I get in better shape. ๐Ÿ™‚ Great vid that I have been waiting for. It’s to bad that I have to drive an hour to play any really good games. ๐Ÿ™ Thank you for your time.

What is a continental hold on the racquet! Iโ€™m brand new to this game and Iโ€™m addicted but have no one now to play with or court! Will try these in my driveway! Thank you! Any drills you have for newbies and just yourself to practice with please! Is Pickleball really the fastest growing sport in the USA? I heard it was!,

Great workout. Going to try it tomorrow. I would like to know your weight training routine. That would be helpful for gym days (when we get to return to gym)

  21. Louise Strain on April 23, 2021 at 10:09 pm

Love your drills, Simone.I wish you could come down to Richmond Texas, and do some drills here for a group of pickleball players in Fort Bend County. We would raise some money to pay you to do this when you are not competing. It would be an honor to have you here.Get in touch with me @ strain2918@aol.com. Thanks ,Louise

By the way I love that pool and the house. Sooooo lovely!!!!!!!

  25. Girl On The Bike on April 23, 2021 at 10:23 pm

Drilling home alone? Record yourself in the video and youโ€™ll see yourself and probably see if you make any error.. just comparing to Simoneโ€™s video for instance..

    Hi, from San Antonio, Texas.

  28. Corinna on April 23, 2021 at 10:27 pm

I love to follow you because you adopted two dogs from the Animal shelter…and yes we installed a practice board wall on our new PB courts..and it works great with the GAMMA ball ( foam, and real fast too )

  29. Krysten Pickleball on April 23, 2021 at 10:27 pm

First of all thank you for this video! I watched it yesterday and then went through the exercises today. It really made me think of making my footwork much more efficient when I am running sideways to get to a forehand and backhand ground stroke. Do you take 1 or 2 cross over steps to the side? Is it better to take small steps or a large first step? I also find that I want to step in when I get to the side so I have to make sure I take that into account when I land. Do you also find this to be true? Or do you not take a step forward and hit open stance only? Maybe this is a habit from tennis that is not needed for PB? For dinks, I did not find it necessary to step in. Thank you!

  30. Corinna on April 23, 2021 at 10:29 pm

I wish that at first you.would do the exercise in slow motion , (meaning the one running to right and left without the ball )

  31. Bryan Barton on April 23, 2021 at 10:29 pm

I am not doing the drills right now, but will do them tomorrow. These are all awesome.

  32. Tamara Houk on April 23, 2021 at 10:32 pm

Thank you Simone, great stuff made my day! Certainly will be adding to my drills.

  33. Paula Langston on April 23, 2021 at 10:32 pm

Thanks Simone!!! Loved it! You sure make our Quarantined days much more fun and easier to get through until we can get back on the courts!
