Noticeable improvement, so simple. Probably won’t keep my pinky from breaking through the side of my sneaker eventually but at least I’m comfortable.

    Nice wideo.
But can u give me any advice for a bit wide foot any shoes(neutral).
    Thanks

  11. Brandon Yong on May 15, 2021 at 12:35 am

The one thing that holds me back from running is bad weather. When it rains, my parents would discourage me from getting outside for a run to prevent getting sick. That’s pretty much it, gonna go for a run using this technique because my new shoes has been hurting lately, will update after the run 🙂

  18. kulch2008 on May 15, 2021 at 12:44 am

I’ve only been running for 3 years and in that short time my feet have become deformed, my toes are scrunched. 2 months working from home barefoot and getting altras my feet have rebounded. Imo most shoes on the market are too skinny and even my foot is not deemed wide at the retail foot tool. I’m sticking with altras and will try vibrams in time

  19. SirNellYT on May 15, 2021 at 12:45 am

  40. Brandon on May 15, 2021 at 1:06 am

I have numbness in between the balls of my feet and between my big toe and the toe beside it. It seemed to have started when starting running down hills and landing on the balls of my feet.
What should I do to heal this numbness without having to stop running?

  41. recovery on May 15, 2021 at 1:07 am

No matter how you lace up the sneakers, they will remain the same narrow and lacing will not help here. You need wide sneakers like – altra, topo atletic, lems.

  42. Luciano_2021 Dankfort on May 15, 2021 at 1:08 am

was hard to do on my armani shoes bcs it had those clips

  43. Mark Smith on May 15, 2021 at 1:09 am

Wowwww that really worked. I have a pair of normal width shoes that actually fit when I did this hack. Gives me hope that I can squeeze into a 2e instead of just a 4e.

I sit all day at work and during my commute(approx. 12 hours a day). My calves are soooo tight it makes it difficult to run after work. Any suggestions?

    Thx very nice tip

  47. Elliott on May 15, 2021 at 1:10 am

I saw this and just had to try it. Can’t believe it works. I have wide feet so I skipped the first two. Instantly felt the relief. Now I don’t have to throw away pair of expensive shoes.

Hey I would like to hear you and not the music. You are not making a pop video are you

  49. Linda Rainbow on May 15, 2021 at 1:11 am

Will this technique of not using the top (nearest the toes!) eyelets potentially help with numb toes?? I only experience it in one foot and not in all trainers and walking boots. Thank you!
