Session #2 of our, “At home pickleball drills and workouts” Series. For most of us, pickleball IS our workout. So this workout is for when we can’t make it to the court and we still want to keep in pickleball shape.
This 5 minute workout can be done in the home, outside, at your hotel or wherever you happen to be without pickleball.
