    The bearded fellow does not have his paddle in the correct position. It should not be pointed down like that.

    My instructor keeps telling me to keep my eye on the ball. I think I am doing exactly that, and it is frustrating to hear him say that.
    Any special drills or suggestions for keeping my eye on the ball?

    I would always recommend to drill the hardest first…like to practice drill from baseline to baseline…to develope a strong forehand and backhand…in order to develope and form large muscle groups in the arm. That is how i would recommend to the newbies.
